Prevents Discoloration and Corrosion: | Designed to prevent discoloration and corrosion formation on machined metal surfaces and machine parts, which often negatively affects the life of machine parts. Does not contain sulphur, so no sulfur fumes are produced during processing. | |
Long Life and Improved Finish: | Reduces friction, extends tool life and improves the finish of the machined metal surface. A light oil in the cutting oil disperses the heat of the metalworking process, while antioxidant agents prevent the formation of gum and varnish. | |
Applications: | Suitable for various metalworking processes such as wire drawing, drilling, cutting and punching. Provides extra high pressure properties for which 10 to 20% industrial oil additive can be added to Bardahl Quick Tap Synthetic Cutting Fluid for certain applications. | |
