OCD Nederland BV has been an importer/exporter and producer of Bardahl since 1958. The Bardahl brand was founded in 1939 in America/Seattle, where it started producing oil additives. Over the years, Bardahl increased its global presence and is now available in more than 100 countries. Today the range consists of high-quality additives, lubricants and maintenance products for the automotive, transport, marine, agricultural and industrial sectors. Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are looking for additional enterprising representatives to strengthen our brand.

The position of representative

In the position of representative you work completely independently and are responsible for your own sales area. You are responsible for maintaining existing relationships and also conduct acquisitions. By demonstrating new and existing products you convince people of our products and provide personal advice. Finally, there is the actual sale with associated administration via a CRM system that you keep accurate track of. You will be trained and supported internally to get to know our products in detail.

Feature requirements

• You have at least vocational working and thinking level.
• You have several years of demonstrable work experience. Experience in the above sectors is an advantage.
• You are able to maintain and develop relationships.
• You can inspire and convince people.
• You present yourself representatively and with passion.
• You are enterprising and can work well independently.
• You have commercial insight and perseverance and are not easily discouraged.
• You have technical knowledge/insight, preferably experience in our industry.
