Bardahl 360 Machine allows you to clean 5 different engine parts without disassembly:
Cleaning the Particulate Filter

- The particulate filter is cleaned with the product FAP 1. The particulate filter cleaner is added via the supplied bottle connected to the pressure differential sensor supply line.
- Then the system must be flushed with the product FAP 2 via the same line.
- Finally, the accompanying diesel additive, FAP3, should be added to the fuel.
Cleaning the Fuel System

- Cleaning the engine, gasoline, and diesel, is done using 2 specially developed additives: the Professional Fuel Injector Cleaner and Professional Diesel Injector Cleaner. These cleaners remove deposits (varnish, carbon residues, etc.) in and around the injection system, injectors, combustion chamber, and valves.
- Because the fuel system is completely cleaned, the engine can work more efficiently. The noticeable result is improved engine performance, reduced harmful emissions, and lower fuel consumption. The entire cleaning ensures that valuable engine parts last longer.
- Cleaning the engine, gasoline, and diesel, is done using 2 specially developed additives: the Professional Fuel Injector Cleaner and Professional Diesel Injector Cleaner. These cleaners remove deposits (varnish, carbon residues, etc.) in and around the injection system, injectors, combustion chamber, and valves.

- Bardahl Turbo Cleaning PRO is specially developed for the 360 Eco Cleaning Machine. It is a solution with unique cleaning properties, capable of removing deposits and soot from the variable turbo vanes. Without disassembly, soot is removed from the exhaust side of the turbo. This soot is the cause of the variable turbo vanes getting stuck and the engine losing throttle response and power. The formulation converts active soot particles into a gas, creates no residue, and does not negatively impact power and fuel consumption. The Turbo Cleaner contains a portion of fuel so that the engine can run purely on this additive (unlike the Turbo Cleaner 1042B). The effect of this cleaner is more direct and thus more powerful.

Cleaning the Air Intake (diesel and gasoline)

- Through air intake cleaning (gasoline and diesel), the following engine parts are cleaned: air intake, intake and exhaust valves, combustion chamber, injector tip, and upper piston ring. There are 2 products available: one for gasoline engines and one for diesel engines. An adapter is placed for the air intake and connected to the car battery. The cleaning machine ensures that 1 liter of cleaning fluid is injected into the air intake via a pulsating action. This eroding action then slowly scrapes away the dirt.
