This classic car was rebuilt and restored, but the rear axle was a noisy, even after the oil was replaced by a Classic Oil SAE 120.
This grade of oil is recommended oil for axles in vintage vehicles of this age. To solve this, we recommended the addition of Bardahl Concentrated Gear Oil Additive. This additive provides a lubricating oil film on the gears and will result in less friction. Bardahl Concentrated Gear Oil Additive is not harmful for use in classic cars.
